Dues are $15.00 annually****Hiking and Trail Guidelines: ** Be courteous & stay behind the leader unless directed otherwise.** Offer $.15/mile to driver when carpooling. * *In the event of inclement weather, the hike may be canceled.** Please leave your pets at home.**If unable to keep a club commitment, please find a replacement. * Wear blaze orange during hunting season (Sept 1 to last day of Feb). * Appropriate footwear and attire should match the type of hike.** If you leave the hike early, notify the hike leader or ask someone to do that for you.** Bring water and food as the hike description and weather demand.* * Hiking involves risk. Thursday June 11, 2026 - Thursday Wanderers - SCHUYLKILL RIVER TRAIL - TOWPATH PARK

3+ miles

Enjoy a nice summer 3+- walk with hike leader from Towpath Park to Frick’s Lock and return. There are both sunny and shady areas along the trail, so dress prepared for the weather. Rest rooms are found at each end of the hike. Please bring a lunch to enjoy in the shady grove at Towpath Park after the hike. For those who wish, option to walk further along the trail before turning around. Call if weather looks iffy.

1st MEET & TIME: 9:30 AM Boscov’s East to carpool

2nd MEET & TIME: 10:00 A.M. at Towpath Park, address is 1675 New Schuylkill Road, Pottstown, PA 19465.

DIRECTIONS: From route 422, take Kenilworth exit and make a left turn onto route 724 East.
Drive approximately .8 mile and look for the brown colored Towpath Park sign on the left. In the Park, we will meet at the 1st parking lot on the right.
