Saturday September 22, 2012 - Bartrum Rail Trail

Join Leader/Sweep {610 777-0667} as we take a picaresque trip down the Bartrum Rail Trail in Hamburg. We’ll be meeting [NOT LEAVING AT 10:01, OK?, MEETING!!!] at 10:00 AM at the stone monument in the parking lot on Kernsville Dam Road, just off of Industrial Drive, at the head of the Trail. I’ll be leading the first twenty yards or so and then falling back, cause, I don’t, ya know, walk fast. We’ll be ambling to the 2.5 mile duck/goose marker, quacking/honking at the duck/goose, and then turning around and coming back to the stone monument. Once back there and with the hiking thing out of the way, we’ll be driving 0.1 mile to the Cracker Barrel restaurant where I have, incidentally, inside info that the mac and cheese is excellent! DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY IF YOU CAN WALK: ...eh, not so much. However, FLIP FLOPS NOT RECOMMENDED! Maybe bare feet...”

Meeting place: 10:00 am, (Prompt!!) at the stone monument in the parking lot on Kernsville Dam Road, just off of Industrial Drive, at the head of the trail
