Approximately 4 miles
We will walk one mile to Angelica Creek Park, meander the trails at the Berks Nature Center, then have a history tour of the Alvernia University grounds; hopefully with a guide. Retrace our steps to the parking area, so an in and out-ish hike. Leader will not go to lunch but will recommend a place to eat. Heavy rain or dangerously hot & humid weather cancels the hike.
Meeting place: 9:00 am at Brentwood Trailhead of the Schuylkill River Trail
DIRECTIONS: South on Rte 10/Morgantown Road, 8/10 mile from Lancaster Ave. Parking area on left.
